The role in detail

DT Infrastructure is the EPC contractor on Smoky Creek and Guthrie's Gap Solar Power Station, a solar farm near Biloela, Queensland. This campaign recruits the site engineers of the Civil / Engineering wave.

What you will do

• Hold the scope on site day to day: set-out sign-off, subcontractor coordination, quantities and progress reporting
• Review drawings and specifications and raise the queries before the works, not after
• Run inspection and test plans with the surveyor and the QA team and close out the records
• Keep the programme and the crews aligned with the fronts behind them

You will need

• A degree in civil, electrical or construction engineering and site experience on infrastructure or renewable projects
• A White Card, which every construction site in Australia requires
• Confidence with drawings, quantities and the paperwork a financed project expects
• A driver’s licence: the site is regional and the role moves between fronts

• Employment: Full time
• Pay: $198,000 a year
• Accommodation: Camp accommodation
• Accommodation details: Roster: 2:1 DIDO/FIFO from Brisbane or Rockhampton. Construction camp with meals; 2:1 roster; DIDO/FIFO from Brisbane or Rockhampton.
