The role in detail

All Energy Contracting is recruiting for Broadsound Solar Farm and Battery, a solar and battery project near Clarke Creek, Queensland, delivered by Beon Energy Solutions as EPC. This campaign recruits the electrical trade assistants of the BESS W1 wave, in the battery yard.

What you will do

• Pull and lay DC and LV cable between the battery enclosures, the inverters and the switchrooms
• Assist with the mechanical installation of enclosures, busbars and cable supports under an electrician’s direction
• Label, dress and secure cable and assist with terminations
• Keep the electrical work front stocked, tidy and safe

You will need

• Trade-assistant or construction experience; electrical, battery or solar experience is an advantage
• The fitness for repetitive outdoor manual work
• A White Card
• The care to follow an electrician’s instructions exactly
