About this project

Stage 1 of the Jinbi Solar Project is a 75 MWac solar facility developed by Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation on Yindjibarndi Native Title land in the Pilbara, Western Australia, with an option to expand to 150 MWac. Financial close was reached in May 2026 with a 30-year power purchase agreement with Rio Tinto, DT Infrastructure is the EPC contractor, and full commercial operations are expected in mid-2028.
