Robson Civil Projects is recruiting for Culcairn Solar Farm, a solar farm near Culcairn, New South Wales, delivered by Equans Solar & Storage + Bouygues Construction Australia JV as EPC. This campaign recruits the leading hands of the Civil W1 wave, working alongside the crew they lead.

What you will do

• Lead the crew on the work front, working alongside them
• Allocate the day’s tasks, tools and materials and keep the work fronts moving
• Run pre-starts and take-fives with the crew and report hazards and progress upward
• Check the quality of what the crew places before the inspector does

You will need

• Construction experience with time spent leading a small crew
• A White Card and a driver’s licence
• Clear communication with a crew and with supervision, in both directions
• The judgement to stop a task that is not safe or not right

• Pay: $40 an hour + penalties
• Penalty rates: Yes — award penalty rates apply
• Accommodation details: Roster: Mon–Fri 07:00–16:45; Sat 08:00–12:00 — bus from Albury/Wodonga. Bus from Albury/Wodonga; no camp.
